Current Volunteer Opportunities

10th Annual Get Intimate with the Shrub-Steppe
Planning Committee
please contact keen@kittitasee.net if you are interested in joining the planning committee for GISS's 10th Anniversary. Our first meeting will be Friday November 7th at 9:00 am at 409 North Pine Street. Please join us!

Yakima Canyon Scenic Byway Interpretive Center
We need people who are planners, designers, dreamers and visionaries to come together on our interpretive center committee. If you have worked at a nature center, planned educational events, are a landscape architect, or can ask people for money without breaking a sweat...we need you! Contact Jill Arango at keen@kittitasee.net with your skills, interests and experiences.

Data Management
You're a computer nerd who loves to make membership databases run smoothly and you enjoy sweating over excel, updating addresses and phone numbers, sending out thank you letters and the like. We will count on you for help with coordinating everything and give you lots of chocolate and smiles in return. Please send us an email with your burning desire to crunch data.
